Welcome to Kaelin (“Kaelin,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a creative image editing application designed to help users build photo collages, apply visual privacy effects, and remove embedded image metadata. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Kaelin application and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using Kaelin, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the Service.
Kaelin is intended exclusively for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old
• You possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who do not meet these requirements.
Kaelin provides image editing and organization tools focused on visual composition and privacy-oriented processing. Through the Service, users may:
• Create multi-image collages using built-in layout templates
• Apply mosaic effects to selected image areas
• Remove embedded metadata from photos, including device trace information, capture time, location notes, and lens profile details
The Service is intended to support both creative image presentation and personal privacy management.
You are solely responsible for all content uploaded, edited, or generated through the Service. By using Kaelin, you agree to:
• Use only images and materials you have the legal right to use
• Ensure your content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights
• Use the Service in a lawful and responsible manner
You agree not to:
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the operation of the Service
• Use the Service for unauthorized or abusive purposes
All images and edited outputs created using Kaelin remain your property.
By using the Service, you grant Kaelin a limited, non-exclusive right to process your uploaded images solely for:
• Generating collage layouts
• Applying mosaic effects
• Removing selected metadata information
• Supporting app functionality and temporary editing operations
We do not claim ownership over your content.
5. Privacy and Metadata Processing
Kaelin includes features designed to help users reduce unwanted metadata exposure. While the Service provides metadata removal tools, users remain responsible for verifying exported files before external sharing or distribution.
We aim to minimize unnecessary data handling during image processing.
All rights related to Kaelin’s interface, editing systems, templates, and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to us.
You may not:
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Service
• Modify or create derivative works based on the app
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee:
• That all metadata can be permanently removed from every file format
• Compatibility with all image types or devices
• Continuous access to all features without interruption
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaelin shall not be liable for:
• Loss of edited images or exported files
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Outcomes related to metadata removal or image sharing decisions
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:
• You violate this Agreement
• Your use of the Service is unlawful, harmful, or abusive
You may stop using Kaelin at any time.
We may revise this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
